Calm science for people who optimize

Bioselfcare exists to make biohacking supplements easier to understand — named ingredients, clear categories, and an educational tone that respects your intelligence and your clinician’s role.

We cover mental health education, focus & nootropics (including Selank and Semax), sleep, menopause support, immune health, antioxidants & cellular defense, facial care 40+, recovery — and traditional botanicals from around the world — with the same standard: inform first, never overclaim.

Wisdom of traditional medicine. Bioselfcare features herbal supplements from Native American, Northern Russian, Mongolian, and Siberian traditions, alongside Chinese and Korean botanicals. These plants have been used for many generations in tribal and folk medicine, such as skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), a calming herb from Native American tradition, and we share their history and the modern research behind them.

A note from the founder: I’m a microbiologist and biohacker, and I only share supplements and herbs I have tried on myself. My own experience with insomnia, menopause, and immune challenges is what started Bioselfcare.

“Supplements are tools. Lifestyle is the operating system.”
— Bioselfcare ethos

Please read

Not a medical doctor’s website

Bioselfcare is an educational biohacking resource created by a microbiologist, not by a medical doctor. The information here reflects scientific research and personal exploration of supplements and herbs. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.

Your health choices are your own. Any decision to try a supplement, herb, or other wellness approach is made by you, at your own discretion and responsibility. Please talk with a qualified healthcare professional before starting anything new, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medications, or have a health condition.

What we stand for

Principles that shape the catalog

Name the ingredient

Lion’s Mane, Bacopa, Creatine, Black Cohosh, Selank, Semax — specificity beats vague “blend” marketing.

Separate education from medicine

We do not diagnose, dose for disease, or replace care. Midlife and cognition topics get extra caution and clear disclaimers.

Respect regulation & context

Peptides and supplements are not treated the same worldwide. We note origin and variability — especially for Russian research peptides — without shopping or prescription claims.
